Please note that we do not take bookings for birthday parties or sports clubs without prior arrangement. Please contact the Club President to arrange this.

As a club, we are required to have both a bar licence and a special licence for all external functions wanting to consume alcohol on the premises.  We are fully licenced and do not allow BYO alcohol on the premises. We do however have a well-stocked bar with a wide range of craft beer, wine, cider, and non-alcoholic beverages, at exceptionally good prices. Our bar is also cashless - so bring your plastic! Please be aware a special licence takes up to 28 days to get approved once submitted, so you will need to confirm your booking in time to get this approved before the day of your function.

 

Peak times around Christmas fill up fast, so we require a $200 deposit to secure your booking. This covers the cost of the special licence and a bar person for your event. In addition, we charge $100 per hour for the use of all facilities at the club, including the clubrooms, kitchen, BBQ, pool table, and dartboard. Your hire fee also includes the use of the club bowls. We are happy to provide someone from the club to help teach your party to bowl, and even help you set up a bowls tournament if you like. There is no additional cost for this. Please be aware, all bookings must be a minimum of 3 hours, and we only take bookings for groups of more than 40 people on Fridays in November and December.

 

As well as using the kitchen, you are welcome to bring, or order in, whatever food you like. Please be aware, that you will be responsible for cleaning the facilities at the end of your function, including the kitchen.

 

We have a maximum capacity of 60 people, with enough seating indoors for all. All functions must be held between the hours of 10 am and 8 pm (unless specifically arranged with the Club President). There is no wi-fi on site, but there is an LCD TV that an external drive or DVD player can be plugged into. There is a basic sound system available. We recommend bringing your own if you want something else.
